ON TOP OF THE WORLD IN THE DOLOMITES
Some of the most beautiful via ferrata in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site can be found in the mountain groups around the Burz refuge in Arabba.
Experience the thrill of reaching the top of the most renowned and best-loved mountains among climbers and perfect your technique on the many climbing walls.

There are routes of varying difficulty for novice, as well as more experienced, climbers.

One of the most exciting via ferrata is the Ferrata delle Trincee that goes from Porta Vescovo to the Padon Pass. Only climbers with a fair amount of experience should tackle this route, as it includes exposed stretches, parts with ropes, ladders and demanding vertical rope sections.

All your hard work and effort will be rewarded, however, by the scenery: a beautiful view over the Marmolada glacier and the surrounding Dolomites, as well as the reminders left over from the many battles of the Great War.
After your climb, stop off at the Burz for a rest and a chance to catch your breath, and enjoy a sandwich, pizza or tasty plate of 'canederli', 'casunciei' or 'panicia con tircle'.
